Terms of service

1. What you purchase

Your payment purchases customized digital artwork built from the names, dates, places, messages, and other data you submit at checkout. Each completed artwork file is assigned a unique delivery ID. All products are digital PNG files delivered by email. No physical goods are sold, mailed, or shipped.

2. Your information and approval

You are responsible for providing a working email address and accurate, lawful personalization details. Review spelling, dates, names, and all other text before paying. We create the artwork from the checkout data you approve and are not responsible for errors already present in that data.

3. Production and delivery

Custom production starts after payment is confirmed. The completed PNG is sent to the checkout email address. Delivery estimates are described in our Digital Delivery Policy and are not guaranteed where delays are caused by payment review, email providers, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control.

4. Corrections, cancellation, and refunds

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change an order. If custom production has not started, we will reasonably try to accommodate the request. Once production or delivery has begun, cancellation or refund options may be limited because the artwork is personalized, but nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law.

If we made an error, the file is corrupt, an attachment is missing, or the delivered artwork materially differs from the accepted order data, contact us with the order number and delivery ID. We will reasonably offer a corrected file, redelivery, or refund as appropriate. Customer-submitted errors are not automatically refundable, but contact us promptly and we will assess whether a correction can reasonably be made.

5. Personal-use license

After payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes, including personal display and personal printing. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute as a template or stock asset, remove required novelty markings, or claim the underlying design as your own.

6. Prohibited use

You must not submit content or use an artwork for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, or impersonating activity. You must have permission to use names, messages, trademarks, images, or other material you provide. We may reject or cancel an order that reasonably appears to violate these terms and will handle any refund consistently with applicable law and work already performed.

7. Novelty ticket designs

Ticket-inspired products are decorative novelty artwork and are prominently marked NOT VALID FOR ENTRY. They are not issued, approved, or affiliated with any event, venue, transport provider, ticketing service, government body, financial institution, or identity authority. They are not official tickets, passes, receipts, credentials, payment instruments, or identity documents and confer no admission, transport, identity, payment, access, or other rights. Do not present or alter them as genuine documents.

8. General terms

Prices, designs, and promotions may change before an order is placed. We may cancel an order we cannot lawfully or reasonably fulfill and will issue any refund due. These terms are applied subject to mandatory consumer protections and other applicable law.
