Delivery (digital)

We do not ship parcels. Every order is a digital PNG file delivered by email to the address you enter at checkout.

After payment clears we generate your personalized artwork and send it as an attachment (or download link in the confirmation email). Delivery is typically within minutes; check your spam folder if you do not see it.

Novelty ticket designs are decorative only and are marked NOT VALID FOR ENTRY. They are not official tickets or documents.

If your file is missing, contact support with your order number and we will resend it.
