Privacy policy
Information we collect
We collect your name, email address, order notes, selected products, and personalization fields such as names, dates, places, and messages. We also keep order, consent, payment-status, support, and technical records needed to provide and secure the service. Please do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for your design.
How we use it
We use this information to take payment, generate your personalized artwork, assign a unique delivery ID, send the private PNG file, provide support, prevent misuse, keep required business records, and comply with legal obligations.
Private generated files
Generated artwork is stored in private application storage rather than a public product gallery. We access it only as needed for generation, delivery, troubleshooting, security, or a request from you. Email delivery also creates a copy within the email systems used by us and by your email provider.
Payment and service providers
Payments are processed by Stripe or Monobank. We receive transaction status and identifiers but do not store full card details. We share only the information reasonably needed with payment, hosting, email, security, and support providers acting for us. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Generated PNG files are normally retained for up to 30 days after delivery so we can redeliver or correct them, then deleted or de-identified unless a longer period is needed for an active support, fraud, dispute, or legal matter. Order and transaction records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and other legal obligations. Local checkout drafts remain in your browser until cleared after checkout or removed by you.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw marketing consent at any time. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, security, accounting, or dispute purposes.
